Project Status / Updates of Ujwal Paradise, Dhayari, Pune

I would like to update the status of our site in this current month of April. We are currently on the 10^th slab or on the 8^th floor of our building and the next slab will be ready by this month end whereas the brickwork of the building has been completed till the 4^th floor and the work on the 5^th floor has been started.

The building RCC work has been completed almost 70% only in 1 year from the date of our Bhoomi Pujan of Ujwal Paradise.

  

Our SampleFlats are also ReadyJ. The paint has been applied, the tiles have been layed and the fitting are almost there. I will be writing a blog soon with the pictures and videos of our sample flat soon.

I would also like to update you about our Amenities. Instead of writing anything about this I would like these pictures to speak for themselves,

All this work has been completed in 1 year, so that now you can realize when we say we have utmost priority for possession time where all of our projects are delivered on time guaranteed.
